What we install
Most popularWaterproof, pet-proof and beach-house proof. The smart everyday floor, installed straight and tight.

Solid and engineered wood, sanded and finished on site or pre-finished. The floor that adds resale value.
SignaturePattern floors are where craftsmanship shows. Precise angles, perfect center lines, zero lippage.

Stair treads, nosing, and clean transitions between tile, carpet and plank. The details people notice.

Old tile, carpet or laminate out. Subfloor leveled and ready, so the new floor stays quiet for years.

Builders and investors: one crew, one schedule, every room done the same way.

How it works
Send a photo and rough square footage. You'll hear back the same day with a ballpark.
We measure, check the subfloor and show you samples in your own light. Written quote, no surprises.
Most homes take 1 to 3 days. Furniture moved, old floor out, new floor in, trim and transitions done.
We walk every room with you before we leave. If something isn't right, we fix it on the spot.
Service area
Based in Myrtle Beach, SC. We drive to you for the estimate, and we show up on the day we said we would.
Why homeowners pick us
The people who measure your floor are the people who install it. No subcontractor you never met showing up on day two.
Square footage, material, labor and transitions on paper. If something changes, you hear it from us before the work happens.
We walk every room with you before we leave. Anything that isn't right gets handled while we're still there.
Worked with us before? Send us a review and we'll feature it here.
Questions we get every week
The plank itself is. A rigid core LVP won't swell or warp if water sits on it, which is why it's the go-to floor near the beach and in kitchens, baths and laundry rooms. What still matters is the subfloor underneath, so we check it for moisture before we install anything.
That's most of what we install. Rigid core LVP has a wear layer on top that handles claws, dropped toys and dragged chairs far better than laminate or softwood. If you have large dogs, tell us during the estimate and we'll point you at the thicker wear layers.
Most homes are done in one to three days. A single room is usually same day. What adds time is tearing out old tile, leveling a bad subfloor, or pattern work like herringbone and chevron, which is slower by nature because every piece is cut to an angle.
Yes. We move and put back the normal household furniture as part of the job. Pianos, gun safes, aquariums and anything that needs to be disassembled we talk about during the estimate so there are no surprises on install day.
Usually yes, and we handle the tear out and haul it away. There are cases where new flooring can go over what's already there, but only if it's flat, sound and the height works at the doors. We tell you which situation you're in when we measure.
It depends on square footage, the material you pick and how much prep the subfloor needs, so anyone who quotes you a price over the phone without seeing the room is guessing. The estimate is free, we measure on site, and you get the number in writing before any work starts.
